APPLE CINNAMON EASY OATMEAL
With this recipe we may have reached the fall coziness singularity. Imagine wearing a warm flannel shirt, your boots crunching over fallen lives, the smell of fresh cider wafting over from a mill you’re traipsing around, and sure, there’s a freshly picked pumpkin you’re holding under your arm like a basketball. This delightful donut recipe is that feeling encapsulated, thanks to a boost from our apple cinnamon easy oats.
Oh, and it’s super easy. Just blend one packet of kencko apple cinnamon easy oats, flour, salt, baking powder, honey, coconut oil, Greek yogurt, an egg, milk, and vanilla extract together. Then spoon the batter into a donut mold, bake, and dust with cinnamon sugar before taking a bite and letting the coziness overtake you!
Ingredients
1 packet apple cinnamon easy oatmeal
1/3 cup flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
For the topping: cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Blend your packet of apple cinnamon easy oatmeal to make the texture more fine. Add all the dry ingredients to the blender and blend the mix.
Add all the wet ingredients to the blender and blend everything together. Just a note: the dry ingredients may stick to the bottom, so use a spoon or butter knife fully to incorporate if needed.
Pour the mixture into 6 greased donut molds and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from pan and let cool for 5 minutes. Shake your donuts in a bowl with cinnamon sugar, and enjoy!
