We love our kencko reds smoothie because it literally goes with everything. Packed with gut friendly fiber and vitamin C from strawberry, banana, apple, ginger, raspberry, dates and chia seeds, it has all of that get-up-and-go goodness in one fruity drink. We’ve explored lots of recipes with our reds smoothie, but this one is really up there.

You’re about to be transported to Bali. Think toes in the sand, sun-kissed skin and a refreshingly cold tongue from this tropical-inspired popsicle. Blend coconut milk and a splash of another plant milk of your choice, with our kencko reds, lime juice and a spoonful of honey. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze. Whilst freezing, you can muse on all of the health benefits of coconut milk, like its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties.

When your popsicles are ready, sprinkle with grated lime zest ready and enjoy. It’s like a coconut smoothie bowl, but frozen. The perfect healthy summer snack or dessert. And it’s pink!

Ingredients

1 packet kencko reds

1 can of coconut milk

½ cup of plant milk of choice

Juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp honey

Instructions

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, plant milk, kencko reds, the juice of lime, and the honey. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.

Place popsicle sticks into the the molds, and freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight.
