MOCHA ICED LATTE
We love our instant iced lattes for a handful of reasons. Oh… you want us to name them? Alright. Settle in. They’re packed with 1.5 espresso shots worth of caffeine, they also include a full serving of organic fruit, they taste fantastic, and crucially: they are faster than making a cup of joe in the ol’ coffee maker. But sometimes we want to streeeeeetch our morning out and luxuriate a bit.
On days like those, we like to doctor up our iced lattes a bit and bring the coffee shop vibes into our kitchen. Case in point? This iced mocha latte with decadent white chocolate foam. It’s super simple to make (shake up your iced latte as you normally would then whip out the ol’ frother for some… well, frothing). Which is great, because it means more of your luxuriating time is spent drinking a delicious, foamy mocha latte rather than making it!
Ingredients
1 packet kencko mocha instant iced latte
10 oz almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tbsp white chocolate chips
2 tbsp almond milk
3 tbsp whipped cream or whipped coconut cream
Instructions
Shake up your kencko mocha packet with 10 oz of your milk of choice.
For the white chocolate foam:
Combine 1 tbsp white chocolate chips with 2 tbsp almond milk.
Microwave the milk and chocolate chips for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
Add 3 tbsp of your whipped cream into the milk and froth it all for 1 minute.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in your mocha latte, and top it with the creamy white chocolate foam.
