Our OG reds smoothie is a bestseller for a reason. It tastes a lot like your classic strawberry and banana smoothie (with some apple, ginger, raspberry, dates and chia seeds thrown in), but with no added sugar or artificial additives. Just the gut friendly fiber and vitamin C of organic produce *chef’s kiss*.

Now imagine it’s a hot, summer weekend. You’ve got friends coming over for afternoon drinks. You feel like celebrating, for no reason other than the sun is shining and you’re feeling grateful for dancing on this beautiful Earth. You thought about making ice cream, but who has the time to whip all that cream?! You want a showstopper, with fizz included.

So blitz up kencko reds with some frozen mango and orange juice, scoop into a champagne coup and top with Prosecco. Garnish the glass with a raspberry, or any other summer fruit you have to hand. And voila! Even Sally from next door will be impressed, and she’s never impressed. Cheers to that!

Ingredients

1 packet kencko reds

2 cups frozen mango

½ cup orange juice

Champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

Add the frozen mango, kencko reds and orange juice to a blender or food processor.

Blend all of the ingredients together until you reach a thick, sorbet-like consistency. You may need to add a little bit of orange juice at a time until it reaches the consistency you like.

Depending on the thickness of the sorbet, you may want to return the mixture to the freezer for an hour for it to firm up.

Scoop your sorbet with an ice cream scoop, and place it into champagne flutes or glasses of your choice.

Top the sorbet with prosecco, and a few berries for extra decoration.

Cheers!
