Virality is a tricky thing to nail down, particularly when the viral sensation is a beverage rather than a meme. How exactly does word of a hot new drink spread so quickly? What about a given smoothie gives it instant broad appeal? While we ruminate on these pressing questions, we’ll be sipping on a viral concoction of our own – and you know we added a kencko spin to it: a protein-rich mango matcha latte!

All it takes to make one is five ingredients, a blender, and a burning desire for a naturally sweet, protein-packed, gently caffeinated pick-me-up. Blend up a puree of mango and honey, top it with ice, then pour a kencko matcha protein smoothie on top. That’s all it takes to enjoy your delicious viral moment.

Ingredients

1 packet of kencko matcha protein
½ cup mango
A drizzle of honey
13 oz milk of choice
Ice

Instructions

In a blender, blend your mango and a drizzle of honey until a puree forms. You may want to add a splash of water for it to reach your desired consistency.

Spoon your mango puree into the bottom of your glass, and add your iced cubes.

Pour your choice of milk into the 13 oz line on your kencko bottle, and add a packet of kencko matcha protein. Shake vigorously.

Pour your matcha into your glass, on top of the mango puree and ice. Add a straw, and stir.

Take a big sip, and enjoy!
