Our greens smoothie will make you truly look forward to getting in your daily greens. If you don’t believe us, try it for yourself. Packed with spinach and kale (of course!), along with a fruity hit of pineapple, apple, banana and kiwi, we also add a hit of ginger to our greens smoothie to give it a tangy, refreshing taste.

We drink our greens everyday (we work at a smoothie company after all!), and most days we simply shake it with water, but sometimes, we like to give our greens a bit of extra love and make this simple green smoothie bowl. Mango and coconut water bring a tropical tang, while banana and coconut yogurt add creaminess. And then we throw in an extra handful of greens – kale and spinach are our favorites – because it is a greens bowl after all.

Like all good smoothie bowls, we like to go wild with the toppings. Cashews, coconut shavings and some fresh berries give crunch, flavor and freshness.

This recipe takes just 1 minute of prep and 3 minutes total time.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 handful of frozen mango

1 handful of frozen spinach or kale

1 packet of kencko greens

1/4 cup of coconut yogurt

2/3 cup of coconut water

Instructions

Add all your ingredients (aside from your toppings!) to your blender, and blend until smooth. If you like your smoothie bowls thicker, try blending it in a food processor and just adding as much coconut water as you need to bring it together.

Pour or spoon your smoothie into a bowl, and add your favorite toppings. (Don’t be shy with the amount of toppings you add.)
