PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE
As soon as our seasonal pumpkin spice smoothie lands at kencko HQ, you’ll find us adding it to everything. Pancakes, waffles, smoothies, oats, ice cream. We just can’t get enough of the pumpkin-y sweetness that every packet delivers thanks to the combination of pumpkin (of course!), dates, carrot, apple, banana, orange, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.
But, however much we like to experiment with pumpkin spice, you can’t beat a pumpkin spice latte. You’ll find us satisfying our craving with a classic Starbucks PSL, but this iced version is our go-to at-home fall drink. It’s got the same delicious fall flavor you love, but with the bonus of fiber and less refined sugar. So if you want a PSL everyday, this drink is about to become your new best friend.
Oh and did we mention that it’s super easy to make? Simply combine an iced coffee of your choice, milk and our pumpkin spice packet with ice and PSL heaven awaits.
This recipe takes just 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes of total time.
Ingredients
1 packet of kencko pumpkin spice
1 can of your favorite iced coffee or a shot of espresso
Non-dairy milk of choice (oat is our favorite!)
Instructions
Add your iced coffee (or espresso shot and milk), and pumpkins packet to a jar with a lid so you can shake it.
Shake it all up and pour over ice.
Top up with additional milk if needed and enjoy!
